Good Looking and Functional - Highly Recommended, May 22, 2011 By  C. F. Hill "CFH" (South-Central, PA USA) - See all my reviews          This review is from: Bond 65223 Canyon Ridge Firebowl Fire Pit (Kitchen) This "firebowl" was a gift from my wife since she knows that I have wanted one for some time. This one was an easy choice since it fairly closely matches the stone used on my front porch (where it now sits) and required very little skill to set up (I am not very handy, at all). I like that the propane tank (not included) is hidden inside the base, lights very easily, and that it throws off a good bit of heat at the highest settings. We bought bigger lava rocks since the pieces in the pack included were a little small, but that might vary from batch to batch. My only real issue with the unit is that the gas sound is very audible on the highest settings, but goes away when dialed down to about 3/4. This is a very nice addition and has greatly increased my enjoyment of sitting outside at night. I do know that my wife picked this up locally, and for somewhat less than being offered here.
